Inland homes fetch high prices, Ocean views go for less - Real estate: home sales

MIAMI-DADE

* Inland Key Biscayne: A home at 520 N. Mashta Dr. in Key Biscayne, owned by Nathan Jacobson and Hilda Jacobson and listed by Coldwell Banker's Jo-Ann Forster has been purchased for $1.06 million. The 2,967-square-foot residence sold by the same firm's Christina Pesant was purchased by Andres DeCorral and Margarita DeCorral for the equivalent of $357 per square foot.

* Woodsy Grove: Alan Livingstone and Patricia Livingstone paid $2.3 million for another home listed by Coldwell's Jo-Ann Foster. William Meyersohn, also of Coldwell, sold the 8,200-square-foot property at 3839 Wood Ave. in Coconut Grove. Seller Jose Ibarra received $280 per square foot for the residence.

* Condo With A View: For a sale price of $1.45 million ($525 per square foot) a Fisher Island condominium was purchased by ESI #19 LLC, a Montana limited partnership, from Forstal Holdings Ltd. The agent who brokered the sale was Kevin Klier of Klier Realty. Elena C. Bluntzer of RE/MAX Advance Realty was the listing agent. The 2,760-square-foot condo overlooks the ocean.

* Four-Fold Increase: Ramiro Eduardo DelAmo recently sold a 3,065-square-foot home in Miami Beach, at 2885 Coconut Ln. It was purchased for $2 million by Michael J. Mora and Rosa Mora. The structure, built in 1938, sold previously (in 1996) for $550,000.

BROWARD

* Fort Lauderdale Waterfront: In the Harbor Beach area of Fort Lauderdale, John Roth and Irene Roth purchased a newly constructed home for $6.53 million. Robert J. Risse of 1645 East Lake Drive LLC owned the property, at 1645 E. Lake Dr., on a lot that had sold for $1.75 million in 2000.

* More Intracoastal: $1.5 million, or $474 per square foot, was the selling price for a 3,162-square-foot home at 2518 Sea Island Dr. Anthony Canonie and Cathryn Canonie sold the home on the Intracoastal in Fort Lauderdale to Lori J. Anthony and Tonino Catalucci. In 1998 the house had sold for $870,000.

PALM BEACH COUNTY

* Boca On the Ocean: In Boca Raton a 9,480-square-foot house was purchased by A&D Trust. The single family residence at 499 South Ocean Blvd., sold by Pamela D. Blow, carried a selling price of $5.3 million ($559 per square foot). In 1999 the property sold for $5.1 million.

* Old Palm Beach: Gerald Vento paid $6.55 million for a residence at 341 Peruvian Ave. in Palm Beach. Catherine P. Devault, acting as trustee for the seller, made the transaction. The 8,870-square-foot property, which sold for $738.44 per square foot, was built in 1969 and sold in 1976 for $850,000.

* Northern Palm Beach: In northern Palm Beach County, a ?,636-square-foot home was sold by trustees Douglas E. Kenna Jr. and Douglas E. Kenna Ill to trustee Robert J. Trulaske Jr. The residence at 11450 Turtle Beach Rd. sold for $5.5 million, or $720 per square foot.
