Nortel Leaseback - Big Deals: Broward
South Florida CEO, Sept, 2002
Nortel Networks of Canada, whose Caribbean/Latin America division operates out of Sunrise, has sold its new five-story 205,580-square-foot office building for $24.12 million. It will now lease back the building, at 1501 Sawgrass Corporate Parkway, which was completed in 2001. The buyer, 1500 Concord Terrace, is managed by an affiliate of Prudential Insurance Co.
