* Sea You Later: A home at 1764 Jefferson Ave.--in Miami Beach but off the water--was purchased by Monique Knowlton for $1.3 million ($458 per square foot). Josef Czarnotta and Wilfried Tewes sold the 2,889-square-foot property, which last sold in 2000 for $373,000.

* Moving In: A 6,101-square-foot house situated in Pinecrest--purchased in 2000 for $1.2 million--sold for $1.3 million ($221 per square foot) to Charles Bland and Diane T. Patrick. James M. Read and Sandra I. Read were the former property owners.

BROWARD
* West-On! A 5,051-square-foot Weston estate that sold for $607,500 in 1999 was purchased from Brian Clifford and Johanne Eden for $1.2 million, or $237 per square foot. The new owners of the home, located at 3810 Wind-mill Lake Rd., are Charles Tamburello and Regina Tamburello.
* Water-Free Living: $1.5 million (or $201 per square foot) was the amount Roberto C. Palma and Lynne Palma received for their 7,551-square-foot house in the Coral Ridge Country Club area of Fort Lauderdale. The buyers of the residence at 2710 NE 40th St. are Peter J. Romano II and Catherine Romano.

PALM BEACH
* Street Smarts: Two Palm Beach properties sold recently, both located on Clarendon Avenue. Sterling M. Hammil and Leslie K. Bullock are the new owners of a 9,610-square-foot residence at 177 Clarendon Ave. Sellers Leslie Claydon-White and J. David Veselsky, Jr. received $5.25 million, or $546 per square foot. Meanwhile, over at 143 Clarendon Ave., Robert C. Echele paid Robert P. Harris and Karen Harris $4.2 million, or $583 per square foot, for a 7,192-square foot home. The house previously sold for $4.28 million in 2002.

* Setting Out On a New Course: Legendary golfer Raymond Floyd and Maria Floyd have sold their Palm Beach home. New owners Roger Hertog and Susan Hertog paid $9.1 million, or $846 per square foot, for the property at 10 Blossom Way. The residence had been purchased for $5 million in 1997.
