The Westfield Group, an Australian real estate firm, purchased Broward Mall in Plantation and Westland Mall in Hialeah for $400 million. The seller was SPG-FCM Ventures, a joint venture between Simon Property Group Inc. and Farallon Capital Management LLC.
BTI Wellington Green Square LP paid $37.3 million to Birch Development for the 91,987-square-foot Wellington Green Square Shopping Center.
West Conshohocken, Pa.-based Seagis Property Group LP purchased the Flamingo Park of Commerce in Miramar for $36.1 million.
