Miami beverage company merges - Big Deals: Following the Money

* Bottled-water maker BEVsystems International is merging with Canadian juice maker AllFresh Beverages, to form a company that expects to produce more than $60 million in revenues this year. All-Fresh is the largest bottler of single-serve beverages in Canada, and BEVsystems may use its Toronto plant to bottle Life 02 and FLA USA waters.
The business will remain Miami-based, adding most of AllFresh's 150 employees to BEVsystem's 35.
