Mid-Beach Revival: WSG Development, which is developing the Carillon condominium, closed on its deal for the Carillon hotel and land north of the building (5.8 ocean-front acres, total) for $32 million. The seller of the parcels, located at 6801 Collins Ave. in Miami Beach, was Transnational Properties.
