In condominium conversion news: Miami-based The Exodus Group LLC and Vision Investment LLC paid $61.3 million for the 368-unit Isles at Sawgrass in Sunrise. Beach Hill Development LLC of Miami and Parkstone Properties LLC of New York paid $46 million for the 264-unit Eagles Nest Apartment in Coral Springs.

Miami-based BF Group paid $34.6 million for the 288-unit Regency at Palm Aire in Pompano Beach.
