PG&E to Purchase Wind Power From PPM Facility

Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) recently announced that the California Public Utilities Commission has approved its contract to purchase up to 75 megawatts of wind energy from PPM Energy's Shiloh I Wind Project in Solano County, CA.

PG&E noted that the agreement has enabled the company to reach its annual goal of increasing renewable purchases by a minimum of one percent of retail load.
