Sumitomo Obtains Certification for Hydrogen System

Sumitomo Corporation, in collaboration with Suzuki, recently announced it has obtained certification for a 700-bar (about 10,000-psi) pressurized hydrogen storage system for fuel cell vehicles (FCVs).

According to Sumitomo, the hydrogen storage system was designed and produced by Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies, Inc.
