HTC Hydrogen Technologies Corporation recently announced it has received final TSX Venture approval for the changing of its name, which was previously Westrange Corporation, as well as the changing of its trading symbol from WRC to HTC.
According to HTC, the board of directors of the corporation now comprises Lionel Kambeitz as executive chairman and Kevin Sidloski, Wayne Bernakevitch and Jeff Allison as directors.
"2004 was a very exciting year for HTC," said Kambeitz. "With our technology now up and running, the next stage will be to build a working demonstration plant to act as a staging platform for the signing of licensing and royalty agreements that will generate recurring revenue streams."
