Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide, Inc. recently announced the appointment of Kenneth Lombardo as vice president, legal and general counsel.
Lombardo will also serve as corporate secretary for Quantum and assume the role of compliance officer to ensure the company's compliance to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
Quantum noted that Lombardo previously practiced law at Kerr, Russell and Weber, PLC in Detroit, where he specialized in taxation, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, corporate and business law.
