Sharp shooters - Brief Article

SARAH Underhill, a photographer for the U.S. Army Soldier Systems Center in Natick, Mass., is a regular contributor to Soldiers. On a recent trip to Vietnam she photographed the nation's culture and people, and she shares a few of those images with us this month.

A boy from the village of Hoi An makes paper lanterns for tourists. Many buildings in the village--and throughout the country--display the European-style architecture that is a legacy of Vietnam's past as a French colony.
