The awards were presented by Lieutenant General C.V. Christianson, Army Deputy Chief of Staff, G-; Brigadier General William M. Lenaers, the Commandant of the Army Ordnance Center and School; and Chief Warrant Officer (W-5) James J. Wynne, the Regimental Chief Warrant Officer of the Ordnance Corps, in an August ceremony at the Pentagon.
