RE: Helping hands: International Health Specialist program ope ...
Dear Sir or Madam
In 2002 I was working in Cambodia. I assisted with coordinating the transfer of a young boy named Son Sin who lives on a remote island on the Mekong River to San Diego in the USA for surgery to remove a huge growth on his face. The medical doctor who coordinated the USA end of things was Dr. David Snell USAF. I have since returned to Cambodia to work and recently visited Son Sin and his family at their home. I would like to send Dr. Snell an update on the family?s situation.
Do you have a contact email address for Dr. Snell?
Yours sincerely.
Michael Sheppard.
