In all societies there are outstanding people--those who have vision, courage, talent, and persistence--who can make things come true.

These are ordinary people with extraordinary determination. They are the leaders.

The Hispanic community is growing fast, and many Latinos create and manage change. They are respectfully followed because they deserve the right to lead. All these outstanding people have experiences to share. Their lives, thoughts, and achievements are an example; understanding them can help others reach their own goals.
