More than 250 corporations offered nearly 500 job opportunities to attendees of The National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA) conference in November.
The society, one of the premier Hispanic business organizations in the United States, held its 14th Annual Conference & Career Expo in Fort Lauderdale. It attracted more than 5,000 Hispanic professionals and students, making it the year's largest gathering of professional Hispanics in the country.
Conference speakers and workshop leaders with more than 700 years of collective business experience led a number of insightful sessions on inch topics as financial management, effective marketing plans, forecasting strategies, and corporate governance, just to name a few.
Founded in 1988, the NSHMBA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering Hispanic leadership through graduate management education and professional development. The organization seeks to improve society by promoting education as well as economic and philanthropic advancement.
