Optical imaging of skin cancers for margin delineation of nonmelanoma skin cancers

Sponsors and Collaborators: MD Anderson Cancer Center and National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research (NIDCR). The primary objective of this exploratory laboratory study is to evaluate the ability of optical imaging technologies such as fluorescence and reflectance imaging and confocal microscopy to assist in margin detection during surgical resections of nonmelanoma skin cancers.
