Lannett Company receives approval for doxycycline monohydrate

Lannett Company, Inc., recently announced that the FDA has approved its Abbreviated New Drug Application for doxycycline monohydrate 50 mg and 100 mg tablets. This product represents a generic version of Doak Dermatologics' Adoxa tablets. This is the first generic approval of this medication used to treat acne and other bacterial infections.
