* The Vancouver Sun reports that Electronic Arts in Vancouver is trying to lure programmers away from Radical Entertainment with a billboard that is pointed in that company's direction. The billboard reads "Now Hiring" written in ASCII code, and it sits about 300 feet from the Radical office.

* Is Rockstar guilty of hate speech? Rockstar recently agreed to remove a "kill the Haitians" utterance from future printings of GTA: Vice City in response to complaints from the Haitian community. Now the Florida Attorney General's Office is investigating whether the game violates state laws against hate speech.
