Peace Action (the organization formed from the merger of SANE and the Nuclear Weapons Freeze Campaign) celebrated 50 years of existence in 2007 (SANE was founded in 1957). In honor of that milestone, Stassen (Christian ethics, Fuller Theological Seminary) and Wittner (history, State U. of New York at Albany) present 14 essays from current and former leaders of the organization commenting on the organization's history and its current and future activities.
