The Association prepares this annual study of salaries, salary ranges, and compensation practices in the US water utility industry; 1,046 organizations representing 16,731 employees participated in the survey for this year's report. Data is broken down by type and size of organization and several other factors. Among the findings are that the workforce continues to age and rise above pay scale midpoints, but that trend is expected to peak in a few years as senior employees begin to retire. There is no index.
