U.S. Army Acquisition Support Center : new DoD/NACE CorrDefense e-magazine

The U.S. Department of Defense, in collaboration with the National Association of Corrosion Engineers--NACE International--recently launched the first issue of CorrDefense, an online magazine highlighting corrosion-control efforts of the DoD, as well as projects and initiatives the agency shares with laboratories, universities, research institutes, and private companies.

CorrDefense will be published three times a year and is part of a far-reaching DoD initiative to improve corrosion-control efforts and employ best practices to protect military assets and infrastructure. The October 2005 inaugural issue is now available on the DoD Corrosion Exchange Web site at <http://www.dodcorrosionex.change.org/CorrDefense/October-2005/>.
