Israel to launch new anti-hijacking system next year. Israel next year will require planes flying to its airports to use an anti-hijacking identification system. Authorities say the system is a foolproof way to ensure aircraft have not been commandeered, but some experts say it is based on assumptions that hijackings occur in certain ways. Nov 21, 2007
