Four new books on audio cd offer excellent audio cd formats and strong themes general listeners will love. John Yokoyama and Joseph Michelli's When Fish Fly (0739311566, $19.95) provides lessons for creating a vital, energized workplace--from Seattle's Pike Place Fish Market. This audio is a highly recommended pick for busy business managers: pop it in the car system on the way to/from work and find two audio cds packed with not just theory, but tested principles that work. Yokoyama is owner of the market and Michelli is an organizational consultant: their backgrounds meld perfectly, here. Terry Brooks' High Druid Of Shannara: Tanequil (0739314971, $29.95) receives television veteran Charles Keating's fine performing force and experienced TV background as it tells of Shadea a'Ru, who is now High Druid of Paranor, whose successful coup has placed her in power. Only locating the fabled Tanequil can save the kingdom--and only nephew Penderrin can make the quest. Tim LaHayne and Bob Phillips' Secret On Ararat (07393-11174, $39.95) enjoys Paul Michael's smooth and revealing style as it presents Book 2 in the 'Babylon Rising' series. This unabridged continuation of the story will best be enjoyed by listeners of Book 1: Secret On Ararat uses Biblical scholarship and archaeology alike to enhance the adventures of one Michael Murphy, in pursuit of Noah's Ark. Murphy's adventure quest unwittingly brings him to a close encounter with an evil which will change mankind in this absorbing story. Steve Berry's The Romanov Prophecy (0739314815, $29.95) benefits from newcomer L.J. Ganser, whose voice brings to life Berry's moving story of Moscow and changes. Atlanta lawyer Miles Lord is in Moscow on a memorable day when the Russian people vote to bring back the monarchy--but suddenly he's on the trail of a henchman and would-be murderer and finds himself embroiled not only in Russian politics, but in a fight for his own life.
