Publications International has published an impressive series of 'brand name cookbooks'. A brand-name cookbook is a cookbook that takes as its theme a particular corporate brand name and the recipes it contains incorporate or feature that company's particular line of products. This new series of distinctive cookbooks includes "Campbell's Casseroles" (9781412725873) featuring recipes using as their base the Campbell soup company's various products. "Jell-O Favorite Deserts" (9781412725897); "Ortega Mexican Fiesta" (9781412725774); and "Land O Lakes Recipe Collection" (9781412726221) likewise are compilations of recipes showcasing these brand name food companies various products as ingredients for their respective recipe collections. "Rival Crock Pot Slow Cooker Recipes" (9781412721837) and "Reynolds Cooking With Foil" offer recipes that are prepared using a Rival brand crockpot or Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil respectively. The last two titles in this outstanding and novel series are the "Cookie Cookbook" and "The Pizza Cookbook" where recipes calling for a brand name ingredient are identified by a colorful picture of the brand name bottle or package of that particular ingredient. Each of these highly recommended additions to any family cookbook collection are printed on stiff paper and resemble grown-up versions of a preschooler's board book. Every dish is illustrated in full color and virtually all the step-by-step recipes are thoroughly 'kitchen cook friendly', resulting in dishes that will please any palate and satisfy any appetite.
