HNC Software launched its Opportunity Suite, which employs advanced analytics and predictive segmentation to optimize customer cross-sell offers, pricing, prospecting, and retention. The Opportunity Suite is the initial offering of HNC's Critical Action Technology Platform.

The first solution and a core component within the Opportunity Suite is the Cross-Sell Optimizer, which leverages structured and unstructured data and a patented Customer-Centered Selection optimization methodology. Cross-Sell Optimizer is a turnkey, end-to-end campaign, vendor, and client data management solution.

In addition to Cross-Sell Optimization, the HNC Opportunity Suite consists of products for optimizing pricing, prospecting, and customer retention for an integrated approach to managing the customer lifecycle. Each element in the suite is offered through either a hosted environment or as a packaged software solution.

Average deal size is $3 million per year, depending on number of channels, products, etc.
