Global Knowledge has announced OnDemand Personal Navigator 6. The product is an in-application training and performance support solution for enterprise applications including Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, SAP R/3, PeopleSoft, and Siebel Systems.

OnDemand is said to have enhanced functionality for users and subject matter experts relying on customized solutions for enterprise training, over the Web and Wide Area Networks (WANs).

Included is an OnDemand Player that recognizes that the new version is being used and prompts the user to download the latest version of either the OnDemand Player or the content. OnDemand Personal Navigator 6 also includes a new graphical user interface, improved browser-based data technology, and capabilities to merge existing training materials. OnDemand Personal Navigator supports Web-based software.

The product also enables support for multisite development. A user can develop content then merge it into a deployable product for remote employees.

Pricing for OnDemand Personal Navigator 6.0 starts at $35,000 and goes up per license.
