Computer Associates International Inc. (CA) announced Neugentsii, a solution for building real-time intelligent e-business applications. From dynamically personalizing a Web site to predicting market trends and business outcomes, Neugentsii-based solutions enable e-businesses to capitalize on market opportunities and deliver high levels of customer service.
For example, an e-commerce site can use Neugentsii to learn the attributes and preferences of their best customers from past experience, then combine that profile with current click-stream data to create a real-time sales opportunity.
Neugentsii provides content through portals--offering new products and services, anticipating problems in the supply chain and suggesting courses of action.
