Isogon Galaxy

Software Magazine, Dec, 2000

Isogon Corp., provider of IT asset management solutions, introduces Isogon Galaxy, a suite designed to help IT managers plan data center growth and manage IT assets. With a software inventory and usage tracking function fully integrated with a contract repository, Galaxy provides access to a single, integrated command center from which users can manage software and hardware, including inventory, usage, costs, contracts, paperwork, and negotiation from the desktop.

This new release features Vista, a contract and financial manager, and SoftAudit Spotlight, a mainframe software inventory tool. Galaxy users can move between Vista and SoftAudit Spotlight to access comprehensive software inventory, usage history, and contract terms and conditions.

Isogon Galaxy components SoftAudit for OS/390, Spotlight, and Vista are available. SoftAudit for Unix is expected to follow. Pricing varies according to the user's configuration and starts at $50,000.
