T-Base Version 3, the advanced picture and document imaging library, is available from Videotex Systems, Inc., located in Dallas.

T-Base allows developers to add pictures and document images to their database management applications written in C and C . T-Base supports any image in the PCX file format.

New features in Version 3 include graphics @SAY and @GET commands, automatic image scaling, image scaling on-the-fly, support for 1,024 x768 monitors with 256 colors and automatic color correction for multiple VGA images with different palettes. T-Base sells for $495.
