NetSafe Inc., Richardson, Texas, has announced the release of NEAT!, or NetSafe Enhanced Access Technology, a suite of integrated tools and services that can be used to create a "personal Internet." Companies seeking to create a personal Internet can distribute customized versions of NEAT! to their users, who can then surf their organization's personal Internet.
