Quality Software Products (QSP) Inc., Raleigh, N.C., has entered into a strategic relationship with Arbor Software Corp., Sunnyvale, Calif., to integrate and deliver Arbor's Essbase multidimensional database server as an additional reporting system for QSP's Universal OLAS applications.

Software Development Tools Inc. (SDTI), Boston, and Segue Software Inc., Newton Centre, Mass., have announced that Segue will incorporate SDTI's AppBridge Express 2.0 within its QualityWorks testing system.

Open Market Inc., Cambridge, Mass., Tril-ogy Development Group Inc. and OneWave Inc. have agreed to work together to integrate their software for a complete end-to-end solution for business-to-business Internet commerce.

Platinum Technology Inc., Oakbrook Terrace, Ill., and SoftBase Systems Inc., Asheville, N.C., have signed an agreement that allows Platinum to co-market SoftBase's Database Checkpoint and Database Attach products, and allows SoftBase to co-market 10 of Platinum's DB2 tools.

MainControl Inc., Vienna, Va., will offer security solutions from Axent Technologies, Rockville, Md., as part of its MC/EMpower systems management product suite.

New Dimension Software, Irvine, Calif., and Document Sciences Corp., San Diego, have formed a strategic alliance to integrate New Dimension's enterprise output management technology with Xerox viewing and document automation technology from Document Sciences.

Red Brick Systems Inc., Los Gatos, Calif., and Alta Analytics Inc., Columbus, Ohio, have announced plans to provide data mining solutions for insurance, government and commercial applications that combine Alta Analytics' data analysis and information visualization applications with Red Brick Warehouse. In addition, Red Brick and Acxiom Corp., Conway, Ark., will combine Acxiom's consumer-based data warehousing and decision support capabilities with Red Brick Warehouse. The company has also announced a joint marketing and reseller agreement with Miami-based Vento Software to provide data warehouse and data mart-based business application solutions for the banking, retail, telecommunications and distribution industries.

Computer Associates International Inc., Islandia, N.Y., and ESQ Business Services Inc., Cupertino, Calif., have announced a development agreement to integrate ESQ's OpenNET/PNA operations auto-mation and recovery software with Computer Associates' CA-Unicenter for Tandem.
