Soffront Software Inc., Milpitas, Calif., has introduced a 32-bit version of Track for Windows defect tracking and technical support system.
Track Version 3.6 tracks defects, feature requests, customer calls, versions, and trends, as well as project/product development history. The product also utilizes a customizable database to define defects and inform users of new defects and the status of fixes. Enhancements include tighter integration with version control systems, expanded documentation, support for company-defined workflow, improved reporting features, and automatic database clon-ing. The Track client runs on Windows and the server software runs on all Windows and OS/2-supported networks.

Pricing for Track 3.6 is $595, and multi-user network licenses and floating site licenses are also available. The upgrade from Version 3.5 is $299.
