CustomerFirst 3.0 is now available from Repository Technologies Inc., Woodridge, Ill.

The product, which integrates customer service, defect tracking and problem resolution, offers support for maintenance contracts, customization mechanisms, and "pay-by-the-call" options. Available in both 16 and 32-bit versions, CustomerFirst features a customizable interface, beeper support, Case based reasoning search techniques and reusable custom queries. Version 3.0 enables users to select multiple incidents or problems and transfer, reassign or change their status.

Pricing for CustomerFirst 3.0 ranges from $9,995 for five concurrent users to $124,900 for 100 concurrent users.
