Robot/CPA, from Help/Systems, Inc., Minnetonka, Minn., is an operations reporting system for the AS/400.
The package contains five modules. The usage accounting module tracks the usage performance of the AS/400 and its peripherals. The job accounting module reports on how a job impacts the CPU, disk drives, printers, communications lines and workstations. With the user chargeback module, the MIS department can customize user billing. The disk management module provides graphic displays that highlight files, users and departments that are using more than their share of disk space. And the security auditor module assists in the detection and investigation of possible security violations.
