Landmark Graphics Corp., Houston, named James Downing and Charles Blackburn to the firm's board of directors.

Philippe Courtot, former chief executive officer and president of cc:Mail, was named to the board of directors at Atlanta-based VisiSoft, Inc.

Legato Systems, Inc., Palo Alto, Calif., appointed Eric Benhamou to the company's board of directors.

Xerox Computer Services, Los Angeles, named Jay Martinson senior vice president of development.

Barry Lynch was appointed managing director of Clarion Software (Europe) Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Clarion Software Corp., Pompano Beach, Fla.
