Connexn Technologies says it has just the thing to help smaller service providers hoping to gain an edge over larger rivals through greater automation of their service activation process. Its new Quick Capture software package lets users automatically process wire-line service orders by integrating order entry systems with switches, billing systems, databases and other network elements.

Service providers may also use the product for revenue assurance, since it automatically compares switch and billing system data. The Quick Capture software is available.
