Feb. 20, 2001 ASC completed two-day factual data verification meeting

Feb. 23, 2001 ASC released factual data report

March 1, 2001 Analysis phase of investigation officially commenced

July 4-5, 2002 ASC held technical review meetings with all accredited representatives

Sept. 30, 2001 Preliminary draft report issued to participants for comment

Nov. 1, 2001 ASC commenced review of feedback to preliminary draft report

Jan. 31, 2002 Final draft report issued to participants with 60-day deadline for feedback

March 26, 2002 Singapore Ministry of Transport and Republic of China Civil Aviation Administration present their opinions of the report to the ASC

March 30, 2002 All written feedback to draft final report received

April 23, 2002 Text of final report approved by ASC

April 26, 2002 ASC released final report of investigation
