CIRCUMSTANCES: Forward & tail fuselage jacks inadvertently left in place on wing sta de-jacking (& fuselage finally folded).

DATE/SITE: 18 Feb. 2109Z Portland, Ore.

CIRCUMSTANCES: Returned and landed after hitting several ducks on late t/off Roll

DEATH & INJURY: Nil

CIRCUMSTANCES: Flt 1122 experienced severe turbulence enroute from Guatemala. DEATH & INJURY: Unknown

DATE/SITE: 18 Feb. 1430L Hamburg A/P

AIRCRAFT & REGN: Fokker 50 of Air Baltic

CIRCUMSTANCES: Landed 05/23 and was evacuated on taxiway Mike for unknown reasons.

DEATH & INJURY: Unknown
