Visteon Named As Primary Air Conditioning Products Supplier To Pep Boys

The Pep Boys - Manny, Moe & Jack said that Visteon Corporation's PrimeTemp brand will be its primary brand of air conditioning components and systems. Effective immediately, Pep Boys will sell and install the complete PrimeTemp line of air conditioning components are available for virtually all makes and models and include compressors, evaporators, hoses, accumulators and more. Pep Boys is the first retailer to sell Visteon's new retail brand, PrimeTemp.

"We are extremely excited that Pep Boys chose PrimeTemp by Visteon as its air conditioning brand of choice," said David Peace, Vice President and General Manager of Visteon's Global Aftermarket Operations. Peace noted that the Pep Boys agreement sends a strong signal to the industry, underscoring Visteon's intention to be a leader in the climate control aftermarket. Pep Boys selected Visteon because of its reputation of providing OE quality replacement parts.
