Automotive Suppliers To Be Showcased In Automotive Edge 02'

Tier one and tier two automotive suppliers will be able to showcase products and technology at a new trade show "Automotive Edge 02,", on January 9-10, 2002, at St. John's Golf and Conference Center in Plymouth, Mich.

Held during the two-day Industry Preview of the North American International Auto Show, event organizers intend to bring auto suppliers, customers and decision-makers together in an atmosphere "conducive to business-to-business partnerships".

"January, the cars are the stars, in Detroit," said Christine Ellis, CEO of The Facet Co., a Plymouth marketing firm. "We want to take advantage of the number of key automotive manufacturer (OEM) and supplier executives in the Motor City that week and offer them an opportunity to meet one-on-one with the 'people powering technology' available from leading supplier firms."
