Robert M. Kolbas of North Carolina State University has received a $249,901 Multi-Disciplinary Research Grant from the North Carolina Biotechnology Center. The grant will support the rapid start-up of the Center for Intracellular Engineering, which seeks to develop a new technology base for creating electronic interfaces with living systems at the cellular level.
