> East Carolina University in Greenville and Endacea Inc. of Research Triangle Park received a $60,000 Collaborative Funding Assistance Award from the North Carolina Biotechnology Center. The award will be used to initiate a proposal titled, "A novel drug for asthma with dual action Al adenosine receptors." Endacea is developing a treatment to prevent bronchoconstriction and acute inflammation.
