* North Carolina State University of Raleigh has launched a new professional Master's degree in microbial biotechnology (MMB) that is structured as an interdisciplinary education in advanced microbiology, business and biotechnology. The new degree program addresses the need of the biotechnology industry for individuals with enhanced graduate training. The 2-year MMB program is open for enrollment and will start in the fall of 2003.
