Bayer CropScience opens for business

The newly formed Bayer CropScience officially opened its doors in June after Bayer completed the acquisition of the former Aventis CropScience.

Bayer CropScience's business headquarters are located in the former Aventis space on T.W. Alexander Drive in Research Triangle Park.

The new company's mission is to provide solutions in the areas of crop protection, seed technology, turf and ornamentals, professional pest and vector control, and home and garden.
