In the first public offering by an Israeli celiular phone operator, Partner Communications Ltd. raised $525 million on the Nasdaq and London Stock Exchange through the sale of a 25% stake at $13 per share on 1 November. The IPO was based on a valuation of the company at $2.4 billion. Hong Kong-based Hutchison Whampoa remains the largest single shareholder with a 35% stake.

Four Israeli companies hold the remaining 40%.
