* Reach, a joint data and Internet venture between Australian incumbent Telstra and Pacific Century Cyberworks of Hong Kong, was granted a facilities-based operator license by the telecoms authority of Singapore. Reach will provide wholesale bandwidth and data services to carriers and service providers.
