Song Networks Holding AB, formerly Tele1 Europe, acquired Telia Finland Oy for around 440 Swedish Kronor ($41.2 million), in a 70% cash and 30% share deal. Telia Finland is the Finnish arm of the Swedish telecoms group. The acquisition does not include Telia Mobile, Telia International Carrier or Speedy Tomato, the mobile phone portal.
