Commenting on Mr. Mehta's appointment, Mr. Anthony F. Zalenski, Boca's President and CEO, said: "Navroze is a welcome addition to our executive management team. Most of his career has been spent at a dynamic manufacturer of broadcast electronics equipment and he knows the challenges the high-tech industry faces. He created and implemented a strategic vision that led Comark to dramatic sales growth. We are confident that he can duplicate this performance at Boca." Mr. Mehta's career spans fifteen years in the high-tech industry. For the last eleven years he has been employed by Comark Communications, a subsidiary of the $7 billion global electronics company, Thomson CSF. In addition to serving as Comark's President and CEO for the last two years, Mr. Mehta also held positions of Senior Vice President of Operations and Vice President Finance and Administration. Prior to Comark, he held a variety of management positions with Carrier Corporation, a division of United Technologies. He has broad operational knowledge with full P&L accountability and a range of experience which includes both domestic and international sales and marketing, finance, and research and development. Boca is realigning Mr. Reale's responsibilities to utilize his manufacturing expertise as the Company moves to secure large OEM opportunities for its Internet access/thin client computing device. Founded in 1985, Boca Research designs, manufactures, markets and supports quality, cost-effective Internet access devices, data communications and networking products to facilitate the transmission of information on personal computers, computer networks and the Internet.
