Executive Suite: Carl Wilhelm Ros leaving Ericsson at mid-year - Company Operations

Senior Executive Vice President Carl Wilhelm Ros is leaving Ericsson at mid-year 1999 to take up other activities. CW Ros joined Ericsson in 1985 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and has been a member of Corporate Executive Management since that time. A successor will be appointed at a later date.

With integrity and enthusiastic leadership, combined with extensive financial expertise, CW Ros has contributed to Ericsson's development.
